Although we haven't posted much in the way of edible creations in a while, we have been busy at it!

Matt's sister Chantal has tried and tested this
cinnamon bun recipe many times over. They turned out excellent, especially with a sweet cream cheese glaze! We did make some minor changes though, which included subsituting the margarine out for good old fashion butter, fresh yeast rather than instant (23g) and about 30% less butter and confectioner's sugar in the glaze.
